Cancellations, returns & refunds.


If you wish to cancel your order then please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. If you contact me after 24 hours then I may of started to make your jewellery, if the order is personalised then I will only be able to be refund any non personalised part. E.g. if you order a personalised hand stamped disc necklace and you contact me after 24hours & I’ve already made the disc then I will only be able to refund you for the chain.


Every single letter & number is hammered into the metal by hand by me and sometimes I might make a mistake. If your item has arrived incorrect or damaged then please contact me within 2 working days and I will do my best to make it right.

You are unable to return a personalised item of jewellery for a refund.

If you would like to exchange your item of jewellery for something else then please contact me within 2 days and I’ll evaluate it. No exchanges on personalised jewellery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


If I have approved a refund then I will process your refund within 2 working days back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take the banks a few more days to process the refund.
