Turnaround time, delivery & postage timescales.

I will always aim to make your jewellery as soon as possible, usually I can make your order within a week. At busier times such as Christmas and Mothers day this will take me longer. Also I often have unexpected busy times throughout the year. For this reason I set my processing time to 2-3 weeks maximum.

If you need your order ASAP then please just message me as I am always happy to rush an order through if you need it for an important date - we've all been there when we've left buying a gift for a loved one until the last minute.

Your order will be posted with Royal mail and I use the first signed for service. The majority of my parcels arrive the next day. Unfortunately time to time there can be delays with royal mail which is out of my control. A parcel is not deemed as “lost” until 14 days have gone by. After 14 days I will be able to re-make your item for you and send it again. 

If you need your order by a particular date I can always send it “guaranteed next day delivery” with royal mail – please just send me a message prior to ordering to arrange this.
